11/15 Making Royal Icing Class

Welcome to a brand new class! Learn the magic of royal icing just in time for Christmas! We will walk you through the whole process - from ingredients to decorated cookies!

In this beginner-friendly class, you will:

• Learn how to whip up smooth & shiny royal icing
• Get hands on experience in finding the right consistency for outline and flood
• Play with colors and mix your own icing shades
• Learn how to bag your icing like a pro
• Practice your new skills on two adorable Christmas cookies that you get to take home!

Since our classes are seat-based and require teacher prep, we do not offer refunds. If you are ill and cannot attend, we recommend gifting the class to a friend or you may pick up your class supplies the following week to enjoy decorating at home.
