2/09 Candy Demonstration Class

In this demonstration class you will learn the process of making delicious chocolate candies. We demonstrate making molded and dipped candies, truffles, peanut butter cups, molded chocolate covered oreos, turtles, and more. You will learn the proper way to melt chocolate candy appeals. This class is for adults 15+.

All students will get to take home a sampler candy mold to continue many of the candies taught in class.

What to expect: 

• Learn to make delicious candies using Guittard's high quality melting chocolate.
• See first hand how to make a variety of candies with the ability to ask our instructer questions.

• A gift from us! A sampler mold that includes many of the shapes learned in class so you can go home and begin practicing.
