3/26 & 4/2 Easter Bunny Modeling/Fondant Class

When: Two Thursdays, 5:30pm-7:30pm March 26th and April 2nd

Location: Edwards Cake And Candy Supplies Classroom 501 Bangs Ave Suite G Modesto, CA 95356

Ages: 15 and up

Cost: $85 per person plus supplies (tools, fondant, cake, and supplies from home)

In this two-session class you will model a cute easter bunny/carrot and other cute items using gumpaste/fondant. You will learn techniques on how to use gumpaste as well as storage of gumpaste/fondant. You will also learn how to beautifully cover and decorate a cake using fondant.

Class 1 - Figure Modeling - Thursday, 3/26 5:30-7:30

Class 2 - Fondant Cake Covering and decoration of cake - Thursday, 4/2 5:30-7:30

*8 in cake covered in frosting

*12 inch board (available at Edwards)

*12 inch box (available at Edwards)

*Fondant smoother (available at Edwards)

*Fondant cutter (available at Edwards) or pizza cutter

*Fondant rolling pin (available at Edwards)

*Toothpicks

*Paring knife

*Plastic 12 in ruler

*Apron

Refund Policy:

Since our classes are seat-based and require teacher prep, we do not offer refunds. If you are ill and cannot attend, we recommend gifting the class to a friend or you may pick up your class supplies the following week to enjoy decorating at home.
