Flowers will be blooming soon, so we are bringing back one of your favorite classes! Come learn how to make a bouquet of beautiful flowers. You will learn several piping techniques, using buttercream icing. Supplies are available at Edwards Cake & Candy Supplies, employees can direct you to options.
Supply list includes:
*Tips: 2, 3, 12, 14, 81, 104 (helpful to have 2-3 of this one), 123, 125, 129, 352, and 2D (also called 852). all available at Edwards
*12 Cupcakes
*Cupcake box or carrying case for dozen cupcakes available at Edwards
*Couplers (minimum 8) available at Edwards
*Decorating bags (minimum 10-15) available at Edwards
*Lg Ziploc bags to take home soiled items
*Plastic table cloth
*Icing spatulas (available at Edwards) and knives
*Scissors
*Apron
*Buttercream icing (instructions provided by instructor before class)
*Color your frosting ahead of time, we recommend using gel colors (Chefmaster, Colourmill, etc.) or powdered. You will bring 1 cup Ivory, 2 cups yellow, 1/2 cup green, 1 cup light pink, 1 cup dark pink, and white. all available at Edwards
*Extra powdered sugar for thickening if needed
Refund Policy:
Since our classes are seat-based and require teacher prep, we do not offer refunds. If you are ill and cannot attend, we recommend gifting the class to a friend or you may pick up your class supplies the following week to enjoy decorating at home.
