Teacher Lori will give you tips and show you many techniques. See below for a list of what you will learn each week.

Class 2: In this class you will learn how to stencil on a cake and use various types of impression mats to create beautiful designs on your cakes.
Class 3: In this class we will pipe beautiful flowers for your cake using tips and flower nails. Learn how to make a beautiful floral cake. (More advanced than Course 1.)
Class 4: Palette Cake Design. In this class you will learn to design a cake using palette knives to create flowers/leaves and stems. You will also learn how to do brush embroidery.
