Black Oil Candy Color 2oz

Perfect to color oil-based products, Chefmaster Candy Colors are specially formulated to bind easily with any fat-based ingredients such as white chocolate, compound coatings and icings with high levels of fat such as Swiss Buttercream.

Use & Care: Due to the high quality of our product, you need to use very little Chefmaster Candy Color to achieve a vibrant color. For small batch sizes and home recipes we are recommending dipping a toothpick in the Candy Color and add very small amounts each time until you reach your desired color. Do not try to mix water-based food coloring such as Chefmaster Liqua-Gel® with your Candy Colors or any oil-based products as oil and water don’t mix. Close your jar tightly after each use.
